The Connoisseurs team collects all types of garments and household items. Our service includes everyday dry cleaning, fine shirts, and delicate evening wear, as well as specialist pieces like designer leather, coats, sarees, and bridal gowns. We also collect household furnishings such as curtains, rugs, bed linen, and sofa covers.
Do you charge for Collection & Delivery?
Collection and delivery are completely free on all orders over £30 within London. The Connoisseurs team handles the transport, making our expert care available in store or door to door.
How does your nationwide postal service work?
If you live outside our local door-to-door collection zone, you can book our postal service online sending your garments to us securely from anywhere in the UK. Once cleaned and hand-finished by our team, we safely package and return your items straight to your doorstep.
Do you offer an express service?
Yes, express services are available. Because different garments require specialized care, we price all express work on a piece-by-piece basis. Please contact the Connoisseurs team, and we will be happy to assist you and discuss your timeline.
